At Hechura, we take pride in creating high-quality garments made with intention and care. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Order processing may occur on weekends, depending on order volume and operational capacity.

  • While orders may be processed or prepared for shipment over the weekend, carrier pickup and delivery timelines — including weekend delivery — are determined solely by the shipping partner.

  • Orders are not guaranteed to ship or be delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During launches, limited drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll communicate clearly.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Orders ship from the United States using trusted carriers.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

  • Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time beyond standard delivery estimates.

  • Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout and may be higher due to carrier costs.

  • Expedited shipping options may be limited or unavailable for these locations.

  • Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping partner and may be affected by weather or logistical constraints specific to these regions.


International Shipping

  • International shipping availability will be announced as Hechura grows.

  • If available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


Handmade & Small-Batch Disclaimer

Many Hechura pieces are produced in small batches and may include handmade elements. Minor variations are part of the process and reflect the authenticity and craftsmanship of each garment.


Shipping Delays

Hechura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Hechura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with a carrier claim.


Shipping Protection

Where available at checkout, Shipping Protection may be offered as an optional add-on.

  • Shipping Protection covers eligible orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • Claims for protected shipments must be submitted according to the instructions provided at checkout or in the shipping confirmation email.

  • If Shipping Protection is not selected, Hechura’s responsibility is limited once the order is handed off to the carrier.

Availability, coverage details, and claim resolution timelines are determined by the shipping protection provider.



Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
