Return & Exchange Policy

At Hechura, we stand behind the quality of every piece we produce. Our garments are made in limited runs with intention, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • No signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Original tags must be attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, we’re happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.

We encourage exchanges whenever possible to reduce waste and ensure pieces find the right home.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated below.


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right.


Shipping Protection + Free Returns (Optional)

At checkout, customers may opt into Shipping Protection + Free Returns for added peace of mind.

What Shipping Protection Includes

When selected at checkout, Shipping Protection covers your order for:

  • Free returns within 14 days of delivery

  • Free size exchanges (subject to availability)

  • Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit

Shipping Protection applies only to orders where coverage was selected at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.


Returns & Exchanges with Shipping Protection

For protected orders:

  • Return shipping is fully covered

  • One free return or exchange per order

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above

Abuse of the Shipping Protection program may result in denial of future coverage.


Orders Without Shipping Protection

Orders without Shipping Protection follow our standard Return & Exchange Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Final Sale & Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection does not apply to Final Sale items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


How to Start a Return or Claim

Please email support@hechuramx.com with your order number and details.
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery confirmation.
